Rainforest Trek - Corcovado Trekking and Hiking in South Pacific, Costa Rica - Exploring Costa Rica-

Trek includes:

1. Two nights of lodging in Puerto Jiménez
2. Two nights of lodging in Sirena Station (Corcovado National Park)
3. Guiding service (mandatory)
4. Meals as specified in the itinerary
5. 3 days of admission to Corcovado National Park
6. Transfers:
   From the local airport to Puerto Jimenez downtown
   From Puerto Jiménez to Los Patos Station
   From Carate to Puerto Jiménez
   From Puerto Jimenez downtown to the local airport

Day 1: Puerto Jiménez

1. Pick up at the local airport
2. Check into the hotel in Puerto Jimenez
3. Meals: dinner

Day 2: Guadalupe - Sirena Station Corcovado by Los Patos Trail

1. Transfer to Los Patos Station where the trekking expedition starts
2. In the afternoon we arrive in Sirena Station where we will spend the next two nights
3. Meals: breakfast, box lunch, and dinner

Day 3: Corcovado National Park - Sirena Station

1. Morning walk around Rio Claro
2. Guided walk around Sirena river
3. Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Day 4: Sirena Station - Puerto Jiménez- Guadalupe by Coastal Trail

1. Early departure towards Carate
2. Taxi ride from Carate to Puerto Jimenez
3. Night in Puerto Jimenez
4. Meals: breakfast, box lunch, dinner

Day 5: Puerto Jiménez - San José

Hiking shoes (waterproof are recommended), rainjacket and rainpants, hat and good sunscreen, camera, sunglasses, hiking poles are useful, sandals or shoes for resting time, towel, mosquito net, sheets and pillow case, insect repellent, personal medicines, energy food, daypack, good flashlight with extra batteries.

**Pack everything in plastic bags inside your backpack. Maximun Weight: 12 kg / 26 pounds of luggage. Your overweight luggage can be stored either in San Jose or in Danta Corcovado Lodge, please inform to provide instructions.
